As I’ve mentioned before, I think whoever created Pinterest is a genius! It really does cover anything and everything! It has saved me from thinking about what to make for dinner, helped me figure out what to wear, and it has definitely provided me with some great running/training ideas. Here are a few that I am currently trying:
- Place $1 in a jar every time you complete a workout. When you reach a goal (i.e. 100 workouts = $100) treat yourself! You’ve earned it! I just started this trend, so I’m only at $1, as you can see.
From Diet Girl – if you are setting a goal of running a certain number of miles in a week, make a sticky note “tally” and take one down for every mile. Reach that goal!
- For proper hydration – buy 2 basic, 1 liter water bottles and mark them for 9 a.m., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., noon, 2 p.m., 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.. Make sure you get you required H20 prior to a big run or race.
